Wellness for PD

Research from the Parkinson’s Foundation’s Parkinson’s Outcomes Project has proven that 2.5 hours of exercise per week has a significant difference on the quality of life for those with PD. Regular physical activity is linked to improved mobility and less cognitive decline.

Below is a listing of exercise programs for people with Parkinson’s. If you would like to submit a program for consideration click here for a submission application.

Note: These programs are listed for information sharing only. Please consult your movement disorders specialist and care team before beginning any exercise program.

Please check back frequently for class additions.
